Understanding the Color Grading System in Drop Channels

To help you quickly decide which drops are worth your time and money, we use a color grading system in each drop channel. This system is designed to show the expected profitability and risk level of every release β€” from guaranteed wins to personal-only cops.

Here’s a breakdown of what each color grade means:

🟒 Full Send – Easy Money

  • These are the best of the best.

  • High demand, limited supply, and strong resale margins.

  • These drops are almost guaranteed profit β€” no hesitation needed.

  • We recommend going all in if your budget allows.

🟒🟑 Profitable – Low Risk

  • Still solid plays with good potential.

  • There’s a slight chance you might need to return the item if the market dips.

  • Most items in this category do resell, but not as instantly or confidently as full sends.

  • Recommended for resellers with a bit of experience.

🟑 Moderate Profit – Time Sensitive

  • These items offer smaller profits and often depend on speed.

  • You’ll want to list them immediately after purchase to catch the initial market demand.

  • If you wait too long, prices may drop and eat into your margin.

  • Great for quick flips or newer resellers looking to build capital.

πŸ”΄πŸŸ‘ Risky – Sell Local if Possible

  • There’s potential to profit, but it usually requires local resale (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, or sneaker meetups).

  • Online resale may result in a break-even or small loss after fees and shipping.

  • Only recommended for those with strong local selling networks or experience in creative flipping.

πŸ”΄ Personal Use – Not for Resale

  • These items have little to no resale value.

  • They’re not worth copping unless you personally want or need the product.

  • Good for collecting, gifting, or use β€” not for profit.

How to Use This System

  • Scan the color at the top of each drop channel or post.

  • Use it to prioritize your time, budget, and energy.

  • If you're new, stick to 🟒 and 🟒🟑 drops until you get comfortable.

This grading system is here to help you make smarter, faster decisions β€” so you can maximize your wins and minimize wasted effort.
